Live Event Painting

How does it work?
Live event painting is a unique way to capture the essence of a special occasion. Creating personalised art for each individual guest, a wonderful keepsake that adds a touch of colour to your event.
On the day of your event, I will arrive in good time to your chosen venue. As your guests arrive, I will begin painting. My assistant will take photos of those who wish to have one as I paint, to ensure we get as many of your guests painted as possible.
I am more than happy for your guests to watch me paint as it only takes 8 - 12 minutes per sketch.
If not, my assistant will take photograph so that they are able to carry on enjoying your event, these sketches will be ready to collect at the end of the day.
We do a minimum of 4 hours per day, once we have discussed how many guests you are looking to have painted, we will recommend how long to book us for.
I am based in North Yorkshire but willing to travel.

With 7 years of experience in Weddings & Events, I have always had a keen eye for detail and understand what makes an event memorable. The creation of Painted by Olive came about in the beginning of 2023, when asked to do live event painting at one of my best friends weddings. Since then, I have seen some stunning venues, met some gorgeous people and experienced the most special of memories.
Some fun facts?
- My name is actually Olivia, however to friends and now you! I am Olive.
- I have a Labrador puppy named Daisy, my little partner in crime!
- I love all things colour, especially weddings! The more colour the better, that goes for the guest outfits too!
